The Eligibility for the startup program was based on the strength of the founder’s application, startup size, readiness for funding, whether we could uniquely support them aside from the capital, and their business must have raised less than $3M in funding in total. We also take into consideration demonstrated need for funding as some recipients may be put in more difficult fundraising positions than others because of the pandemic.
